Uptime Chef provides website and server monitoring services, including:

• Uptime Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of websites, servers, and APIs to detect downtime.
• SSL Certificate Monitoring: Tracking SSL/TLS certificate expiration dates and validity status.
• Status Pages: Public and private status pages to communicate service availability.
• Incident Alerts: Real-time notifications via email, SMS, and webhooks.
• Performance Analytics: Historical data and reports on service availability.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use the Service.

• Free Plan: Limited features at no cost.
• Paid Plans: Enhanced features ranging from $0.99 to $24.99 per month.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects Service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by Uptime Chef and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data, configurations, and content you submit through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uptime Chef shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from service interruptions or downtime.
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Required by law or legal process

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
